Lockheed Martin Wins $35B THAAD Contract

Lockheed Martin has been awarded a $35 billion contract to quadruple production of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) interceptor. The contract will increase annual production from 96 to 400 interceptors over the next seven years. Additionally, the company has also received an $8.4 billion contract to expand production of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) through 2032.
