The Space Systems Command has issued a $300 million solicitation for the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) contract. The single-award IDIQ has a seven-year ordering period and proposals are due September 17. The contract will support the RDT&E Support Complex at Kirtland Air Force Base.
