VOP CZ has started assembling CV90 infantry fighting vehicles at its Šenov plant, with technology transferred from BAE Systems. The program has moved into production, with over 200 vehicles to be assembled. This marks a significant milestone in the production of these vehicles for the Czech military.
The US Army has signed a contract with DRS Network and Imaging Systems LLC to upgrade the Bradley targeting system. The $55.7 million contract will provide engineering services for the Improved Bradley Acquisition Subsystem. This subsystem enables Bradley Fighting Vehicle crews to spot, track, and engage enemy targets.
Babcock International has finished building 123 Jackal 3 high-mobility vehicles for the British Army. The final vehicle, a six-wheeled Extenda variant, has rolled off the production line and is heading into testing. The Jackal vehicles will join the Army's operational fleet.
