US Marines are learning to 3D print raiding craft and attack drones in the Western Pacific as part of recent exercises. The initiative, known as Manufacturing Attritable Systems at Scale (MASS), aims to rapidly produce low-cost maritime platforms. This capability is being developed in partnership with engineers from Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock.
