China has launched a pair of secretive satellites, known as TJS-27, into a new orbit, and also upgraded its communications relay capabilities with a new Tianlian relay satellite. The launch was carried out by a Long March 6A rocket. The new satellites are expected to enhance China's space-based communications and reconnaissance capabilities.
