The US Army has selected Teledyne FLIR OEM to develop smaller and more cost-effective thermal sensors for use in drones, loitering munitions, and weapons sights. The program aims to create higher-performance uncooled thermal sensors for defense applications. This technology will enhance the Army's capabilities in surveillance and targeting.
