The US Army has awarded a contract for the Scorpion Light 81mm Mobile Mortars on Infantry Squad Vehicles (ISVs). The Scorpion, also known as the Alakran, aims to reduce the time between vehicle movement, mortar firing, and displacement. This system is designed to improve mortar capabilities on ISVs.
