The US and Philippine Coast Guards completed joint pre-exercise engagements in Guam from June 9-13. The Philippine Coast Guard's offshore patrol vessel BRP Gabriela Silang is heading to Hawaii for its first participation in the Rim of the Pacific exercise. The engagement aimed to strengthen cooperation between the two coast guards.
