France is set to transfer various military systems to Ukraine, including Rafale jets, SAMP/T air defenses, and SCALP cruise missiles. The package is financed through French stocks, production, EU mechanisms, and frozen Russian assets. Ukraine will also be supported in licensed production of key systems.
