  US Army Awards $447M Aerostat Contract

  The US Army has awarded a $447 million contract to TCOM LP for the production and support of the Persistent Surveillance Systems-Tethered aerostat-based surveillance program. This program has been used by the Army for over a decade. The contract includes production, fielding, sustainment, and lifecycle support for the system.
