Blue Water Autonomy and Saildrone have filed lawsuits against the US Navy, alleging that the service did not follow its own rules in selecting contenders for the Medium Unmanned Surface Vessel program. The companies claim that their proposals satisfied Navy requirements for the new MUSV marketplace. The lawsuits were filed in the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.
