Turkey's first domestically built aircraft carrier, the MUGEM, is set to launch in 2027. The 60,000-ton carrier will be able to launch 52 aircraft off a ski-jump. Turkey's naval chief has announced the launch date for the country's inaugural aircraft carrier.
