The Republic of Singapore Navy has begun construction on its third Multi-Role Combat Vessel with a keel-laying ceremony at ST Engineering Marine. The ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials, including Singapore's Permanent Secretary of Defence and the Chief of the Republic of Singapore Navy. This marks a significant milestone in the development of the navy's capabilities.
