The U.S. Navy has awarded a $2.2 billion contract to TOTE Services LLC for vessel construction management of the new Medium Landing Ships. The contract aims to accelerate delivery and improve cost discipline. The first Medium Landing Ship is expected to be delivered in fall 2029.
