Austal USA delivered the first LCU 1700-class vessel, LCU 1710, to the US Navy on August 14, 2026. This vessel is the first steel-hulled ship delivered by Austal USA to the Navy. The LCU 1700-class program is a significant addition to the Navy's fleet.
