The US Navy has awarded Textron Systems a contract worth $231.5M for two next-generation LCAC-100 amphibious craft. This contract is for the development of new amphibious vessels. The LCAC-100 is a next-generation amphibious craft designed to enhance the Navy's expeditionary warfare capabilities.
