  S. Korea Starts KSAM-II Missile Assembly

  LIG Defense & Aerospace has begun assembling prototype missiles for the ROK Navy's Ship-to-Air Missile-II program, a replacement for SM-2 missiles on future surface combatants. The program is expected to start production of flight-test missiles this month. The KSAM-II is an indigenous missile system for the ROK Navy.
