ROK Navy Picks GE Aerospace for KDDX Destroyer

The Republic of Korea Navy has selected GE Aerospace to supply engines for its new KDDX destroyer project. GE Aerospace will provide 12 LM2500+G4 marine gas turbine engines to power six ships. This project represents a significant development in the ROK Navy's next-generation destroyer capabilities.
