Turkey's 2nd I-class Frigate Starts Sea Trials

Turkey's second I-class frigate, TCG İzmir, has begun sea acceptance trials with a modified vertical launch system (VLS) capable of firing long-range strike missiles. The VLS configuration has been enlarged to accommodate the new missiles. The trials mark a significant milestone in the development of Turkey's naval capabilities.
