The Navy has installed a new hazardous material tracking system, HICS 4, on 50 ships to modernize operations and improve fleet readiness. The system was developed by Naval Supply Systems Command's Business Systems Center. This upgrade aims to enhance the fleet's operational capabilities and ensure sailors have the best tools for handling hazardous materials.
