The Anniston Army Depot has begun a modernization effort under the FORGE program, a $986.97 million facilities modernization project. The project aims to strengthen the depot's infrastructure and support its transformation as a critical component of the Army's Organic Industrial Base. Brasfield & Gorrie has been awarded the contract, with an initial obligation of $658.17 million.
