The US Army's Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3) merged two product manager offices as part of its acquisition modernization efforts. The ceremony took place in Orlando, Florida, and was attended by Army staff, industry partners, and other guests. This move is aimed at streamlining the Army's acquisition process.
