The US Army's Multi-Domain Command - Europe is conducting a Micro High-Altitude Balloon training event in Poland to support deterrence and readiness along NATO's eastern flank. The event, called Cold Raptor, will take place in July 2026. It aims to enhance the army's capabilities in the region.
