X-Bow Systems has unveiled the Buckler, a flight-tested interceptor designed to shoot down Group 3 drones at supersonic speeds. The company has priced the weapon below $100,000 per unit, significantly cheaper than traditional air defense missiles. The Buckler is intended to counter the middle tier of the military's five-tier drone threat classification.
