The US Army Quartermaster School's Aerial Delivery and Field Services Department hosted the 178th Airdrop Malfunction and Safety Analysis Review Board to improve aerial delivery operations. The event aimed to increase battlefield lethality. It was held at Fort Lee, Virginia, from July 28-30.
