The US Air Force has awarded a contract worth up to $28 million to BK Manufacturing, a small firm based in Alabama, to produce parts for the AIM-120X missile. The contract is for the manufacture of components such as wings and fins that steer America's main air-to-air missile. BK Manufacturing is a relatively unknown company based in the small town of Arab, Alabama.
