The Army is struggling to meet its 155mm ammo production goal, with a Texas facility being a key point of concern. General Dynamics-Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) has reached an agreement with the Army to move forward with the troubled facility. GD-OTS will invest its own funds to complete the work.
